Introducing our Job Crafting program where Finders Keepers specialised staff engage in a Personalised Career Identification and Planning Process to assist participants in discovering and engaging in individualised employment and vocational paths suited to meet the needs of the person with disability.
Finders Keepers will join you on a journey to:
it is recommended that between 150 – 250 hours of Employment Support or alternative funding is included in a participants NDIS plan depending on the needs and capacity of the individual.
Evidence suggests that this will:
gain meaningful employment to assist in capacity building.
enable an individual to gain customised work Now or into the future.
Ongoing support with job creation, establishment and continuation will differ for each participant.
