Our services include:
- School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES): SLES provides assistance for young participants and includes support to build essential work skills such as transport training, time management, teamwork, and communication. It helps explore work preferences through hands-on experience in various settings, develop skills in real job environments, and undergo training for specific vocational skills. Participants are also assisted in identifying suitable job opportunities through the discovery process and connecting with employers. Support includes job customisation, role learning, workplace connections, and securing employment with ongoing support as needed to maintain employment to open employment and engaging with Disability Employment Services (DES) for ongoing job support.
- Finding and Keeping a Job: This support helps participants obtain or retain employment in both open and supported labor markets. It is available to working-age participants with an employment goal and includes assistance in obtaining part-time work during school, transitioning to further education or training, building essential work skills, and managing employment barriers. The support also offers job customization, helps with finding alternative employment after a disability, assists in changing jobs, and aids in career planning. Additionally, it supports transitioning from supported employment services to open employment and engaging with Disability Employment Services (DES) for ongoing job support.
- Social and Community Supports: Social and Community Access services support participants in engaging with their community, building social connections, and enhancing their overall quality of life. These services help individuals take part in social, recreational, and cultural activities, develop social skills, and establish relationships with others. The support is personalised to meet the unique interests and goals of each participant, ensuring they can access local clubs, community groups, and events that promote inclusion and independence. The ultimate goal is to improve participants' social skills, confidence, and well-being by breaking down barriers to community participation
- Capacity Building Supports: NDIS Capacity Building Supports are designed to help participants develop the skills and abilities necessary to live more independently and participate fully in their community. These supports focus on building personal, social, and employment-related skills, including communication, decision-making, and managing daily activities. By improving participants' capacity to manage their lives, these supports empower individuals to achieve their goals, enhance their independence, and increase their participation in various activities. Services may include training, mentoring, and tailored supports to build both practical and emotional resilience, ultimately improving overall well-being.
